In this project, a comprehensive mixed-use approach was taken to create office clusters that are interconnected by pockets of housing, live/work spaces, retail spaces and parks. More than just 'live-work', this scheme aims for a 'live-work-play-learn' mix of uses. 

The Fusionpolis ICT office building provides a hub for organisations with global/regional operations in Singapore, with modular ‘smart’ spaces, seminar rooms with 3D conferencing facilities, AV rooms, data hosting facilities, medical, courier, accounting, secretarial, transport and travel facilities. 

The Fusionpolis 200 room, 4-star hotel will provide ‘overnight stay’ and ‘medium stay’ studio hotel suites. The office accommodation is aimed primarily for short stay business travellers.
